Around the same period, "Auto Racing" = "Motorsports" was born naturally as a stage to prove the performance of motor vehicle in Europe. It is known that Motorsports is a kind of competition which motor vehicle (hardware) and the driver (software) becomes one and contest on a particular distance. Base on the improvement of vehicle's  performance, technique and physique of the driver ,as the software, the driver brings the vehicle to its highest performance with his driving technique to compete for championship. This is the unchanged real thrill of motorsports since its formation and it has been developed to an ultimate sports entertainment event with advanced tools.

Over the past few decades, with a broad field, automobile industry, as the basic
key industry, has been undertaking the prestige and reliance of the country. And the fruit of this industry is automobile, which formed by various parts. The automobile used in motorsports, is not only for competition but also to convey the enjoyment and fascination of motorsport s. Moreover, it is the one and only sport event which is a contribution to its founder – automobile industry and the development of science and technology. It is also a gratifying symbolical sport category of an advanced country by means of high technology and indeed economy.
Motorsports, with a long-standing history, is an esteemed sports event in Euro-American countries. At the same time, it has firmly established its status as a culture. To be the winner at motorsports has been cognized that it brings a huge sense of fulfillment and pride, not only to an individual but also to society.

◎ Types of Formula Car Race
Motorsports is classified into various categories according to the motor vehicles
they used. For example, Touring Cars, the modified cars which are available in the market, or Formula Cars, which unnecessary parts are omitted and are solely for the purpose of racing.
In Formula car races, Formula One is the highest level. Categorized series has been held in terms of different types of car, engine and aerodynamic performance. (Refer to the image on left)

◎ Step Forward to F1! What is F3 - the gateway to success for the young drivers?
In the classification of Formula races, Formula Three (F3) is ranked as the third
category counted from Formula One (F1). The formula three machine is formed by light and agile carbon chassis with abundant 2000cc powerful engine and sophisticated aerodynamic body, together with high grip tires. Provided with incapable acceleration power and high cornering speed, young drivers, who dream to race in higher category like F1 are able to practice their driving techniques and there is no doubt that F3 is a textbook-like package to the drivers.
For that reason, drivers who can dominate Formula 3 machines are able to manage
the machines of higher categories in a short period. This is also the reason why Formula 3 is identified as “The gateway to F1”.
